Absolutely! Blaze Fitness is open 24/7. As long as you're a current member and have your own swipe card, you will be able to come and go as you please.

Yes we do! Swing by one of our gyms during staffed hours and we'll hook you up for the day.
Our trials are intended to be used by people that are considering signing up with us. We may ask that you provide proof of city residency.
If you are just in town for the day, we offer casual gym access at a cost of $10 per visit.
We can arrange that. Just come in during staffed hours and we can give you access as a "casual". Casual access costs $10 per visit. Alternatively, If you're going to be in Rotorua for a week or two we offer 1-week memberships for $50, and 2-week memberships for $75.
The staff here are all very passionate about ensuring that members are getting the most out of their workouts. Stop by the gym and we should be able get you on the right track.

Blaze 24HR Fitness charges a joining fee of $19.95. DebitSuccess charge a one-time setup fee of $15 that will come out with your first online payment.
This option is for people who are either studying at school or a tertiary education provider, or for people who are 65 years old and over.
If you sign up with this option you will be required to show proof that you are eligible for this membership. For instance, a Student ID, Gold Card, License or Passport are a few examples or proof that can help us validate your membership.

We use DebitSuccess as our payment processor. DebitSuccess charge a one-time Establishment Fee of $15 that will be collected with your first online payment.
There is a $100 early termination fee is you wish to end your membership before the minimum term date specified on your contract.
This does not apply to the "No Contract Membership" and "Student/Senior 65+ No Contract Membership" options.
Upon sign up, we will handover a swipe card that can be used 24/7 to access the gym as long as you have an active membership with us. If you have signed up online, you will need to meet one of our staff at the gym during staffed hours so that a swipe card can be set up for you.
Please ensure that if you choose to sign up online, you select the location you wish to collect your swipe card from (your current choice is Rotorua).
Love your enthusiasm! We can do that. Come into the gym and speak with one of our staff. We'll update the start date to be earlier. You'll just need to have your card/cash on hand to pay the difference.
If you are at least 16 years old, you can sign up at Blaze 24HR Fitness. However, under 18s will need to sign up in person and a parent/guardian will need to sign as a guaruntor.
If you are under the age of 16, we MAY still be able to sign you up under the condition that you use our facilities during staffed hours and are accompanied by someone 18 years old or over. However this will be assessed on a case by case basis.
We're sorry to see you go! All cancellations are handled by Debitsuccess. You can contact them by calling 0800-481-0400.
You will be required to give Debitsuccess 10 days notice to cancel further payments.
If you are on a minimum term contract and you wish to terminate your contract before the minimum term has been completed, there will be an early termination fee of $100.
You can place your membership on hold for up to two months per year, for a minimum period of two weeks at a time. Please contact our billing company Debitsuccess on 0800-481-0400 or send an email to customerservice@debitsuccess.co.nz.
If DebitSuccess is not able to collect your payment on the scheduled date, they will attempt to collect it again with your next scheduled payment. On top of this, DebitSuccess charge a fee of $15 for each missed payment.
Please remember that if you use your card for online payments that you will need to notify DebitSuccess if you lose your card, or your card expires. For this reason we recommend using your bank account instead.
Visit the gym during staffed hours and one of our staff members will be able to set you up with a new swipe card. The cost to replace a swipe card is $10.
If you've been a member for at least a year - we'll replace your swipe card at no cost to you once every 12-months.
